Volunteers Needed in Murphy Lab

Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity in the animal behavior or toxicological field? Are you going to be in Lansing this summer?

If so, we are looking for volunteers to process fish videos during the spring and summer of 2018, providing you with scientific data collecting experience. You will gain knowledge about how toxicological fish behavioral assays are conducted and how to collect fish behavior data using video processing tools including computer learning software; no programming experience required.

Opportunities to use the data collected in analyses and undergraduate poster presentations will be available to those students who show particular interest and effort. Weeknight and weekend work may be available.
