  • 7th Annual Diversity Research Showcase (DRS)-Friday, January 19, 2024 (for undergraduates)

Students are encouraged to submit previous or in progress research on issues of diversity that advance inclusion. Awards will be presented to the top three participants in the poster presentation category and the top three participants in the oral presentation category. DRS presenter applications are due by 11:59PM ET on December 17, 2023.

Open to MSU employees and graduate students.  Attendance at the NatSci Cultural Competency for Personal, Organization, and Community Change workshop is recommended but not required.

We will practice scenarios to help participants develop skills to handle bias incidents, microaggressions, and discrimination that occur in STEM classrooms and workspaces.

 Note: Each workshop includes unique scenarios, and you are welcome to attend both sessions.
